This Cancellation Policy explains how to request an order cancellation and how refunds are handled for purchases made through https://elinmora.com.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders Not Yet Shipped
You may request to cancel your order before it ships. If we confirm that the order has not shipped and the cancellation can be completed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Please submit your request as soon as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Submitting a request does not necessarily mean the order has been canceled. We will notify you when the request has been reviewed and the outcome confirmed, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled through our standard cancellation process. You may request a return and refund under our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
This standard procedure does not limit any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund rights that apply to your purchase. Where applicable law requires a different process or remedy, we will comply with those requirements.

Please provide your order number, the name used for the order, and any other information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the purchase.
For your security, do not send your full payment card number, security code, or account password by ordinary email.
We will review your request based on the order's current status and notify you of the outcome. If the order has already shipped or cannot be canceled, we will explain the available next steps where appropriate.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
For an eligible order successfully canceled before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the order, including applicable amounts required under the original transaction terms and applicable law.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever supported by the payment provider.
Once cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate the eligible refund within 1–3 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This financial processing time is outside our direct control.
We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee. Any applicable adjustments will be handled according to the transaction records, disclosed terms, and applicable law.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
If an order has already shipped, we generally cannot stop it through our standard cancellation process. You may contact us to discuss available options or follow the return procedures in our Return and Refund Policy.
If a statutory withdrawal or other legal right applies, the fact that an order has shipped does not automatically remove that right. Any return costs, deadlines, and refunds will be handled according to the applicable policy and legal requirements.
5. Relationship to Other Policies
